【摘要】  目的  观察补骨胶囊抗炎镇痛作用。方法  补骨胶囊对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀模型，角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖掌肿胀模型的作用，应用小鼠热板法和扭体法试验观察药物的镇痛作用。结果  补骨胶囊高剂量组对小鼠二甲苯致耳肿胀模型和补骨胶囊高，中剂量对角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖掌肿胀模型有显著抑制作用(P<0.05)。高、中、低剂量组和颅通定组对小鼠热板法致痛小鼠痛阈值有明显提高。颅通定、高、中、低组提高痛阈值分别为276%、165%、149%、44%。对醋酸致小鼠扭体反应有显著镇痛作用。度冷丁、高、中、低组镇痛百分率分别为100%、76.9%、61.5%、7.69%。结论  补骨胶囊高剂量有明显的抗炎作用和高、中剂量具有明显镇痛作用，中、低剂量抗炎作用稍微弱些。低剂量镇痛作用不明显。

    Effect of bone-mend capsule (MBC) on anti-inflammation and analgesia
        
    【Abstract】  Objective  Observation the effect of MBC on anti-inflammation and abirritation.Method  Observation the effect of MBC on mouse auris-swell model by dimethylbenzene and on toe-swell model by carrageen.Hot plant test and wrest body test on mouse to observe the abirritation effect of MBC  on mouse.Results  There are significant restrain effect(P<0.05) on high dosage group on mouse auris-swell model.There are significant restrain effect (P<0.05) on high and middle dosage group on toe-swell model by carrageen.In hot plant test high，middle and low dosage and rotundine group can significantly increase the threshold value of pain to 276%，165%，149%，44%.There is significant   abirritation effect on toe-swell  model by acetic acid.The rate of abirritation effect about dolantin，high，middle and low dosage group is 100%，76.9%，61.5%，7.69%.Conclusion  High dosage group of MBC have significantly anti-inflammation effect.High and middle dosage group of MBC have significantly abirritation effect.Middle and low dosage group of MBC have a little anti-inflammation effect.Low dosage group of MBC have no significantly abirritation effect.

    补骨胶囊是广东医学院海滨门诊部医院制剂，是由淫羊藿、白术等中药组成，临床用于各种骨病、骨营养不良、腰腿痛、颈椎痛、退行性骨病、老年性和月经期妇女骨质疏松症等。为了进一步为临床应用提供实验依据。本文就其研究补骨胶囊高、中、低剂量的抗炎、镇痛作用。
