［摘要］  目的  探讨血清胰岛素样生长因子（IGF-1）水平与摄131I率在甲状腺结节诊断中的意义。方法  采用放射免疫分析法(RIA)检测单纯性甲状腺温热结节患者、冷凉结节患者各30例，同时从我院健康体检的人群中选择与试验组年龄、性别相匹配的30例作为对照组。所有受试者均检测IGF-1及甲状腺功能，包括FT3、FT4、sTSH以及131I摄取率。所得结果进行统计学分析。结果  与对照组比较，温热结节组血清IGF-1及FT3、FT4明显升高，131I摄取率也明显增高，sTSH显著降低(均P<0.01)。冷凉结节组与对照组差异无显著性。结论  单纯性温热结节甲状腺肿患者血清中IGF-1的浓度与血清中131I摄取率水平呈正相关，与sTSH呈负相关。

    ［Abstract］  Objective  To investigate the diagnostic value of insulin line growth factor-1 ( IGF-1) and 131I uptake rate in the simple nodular goiter.Methods  The serum FT3，FT4，sTSH，IGF-1 levels were determined by radioimmunoprecipitation assay(RIA) in 60 cases of simple goiter patients，30 of them were warm-hot nodule patients，another 30 cold-cool nodule patients.In the same time，the sex and age were matched with the normal of the control group.All sample detected serum IGF-1 and thyroid factions.The results deal with statistics.Results  In contrast，the levels of serum IGF-1，FT3，FT4.The  131I uptake rate markedly increased and serum sTSH markedly decreased in the warm-hot nodule simple goiter group.There were no obvious differences between cold-cool nodule group and controls.Conclusion  Serum IGF-1 is positive relation with 131I uptake rate and negative relation with serum sTSH in the simple nodular goiter.

    胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)是一类促进细胞生长、具有胰岛素样代谢效应的因子，其在血清中的浓度受营养状态、激素、遗传等多因素的调节，在内分泌代谢病病理过程中发挥重要作用。人体内多个组织和脏器都表达IGF-1基因，特别是在甲状腺组织中可通过内分泌、自分泌和旁分泌等方式精细地调节甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞（TEC）的分化和发育，介导甲状腺激素的合成与释放。本文对一组单纯性甲状腺肿病人的甲状腺功能及IGF-1进行检测并加以分析，从而了解温热结节、冷凉结节与对照组三者之间的复杂关系。
